Today, business fortunes are won and lost by an organizations ability to Speed to Opportunity. in our high energy Racing to Win! program, not only are participants challenged bring their “product” – a hand built “race car” to the market on time, but they must prove their products viability through a head to head race with their competitors.
It will require them to be innovative, quality conscious and employ creative allocation of resources as they build their car to be in compliance with specific criteria in order to race in the “Your Company Name 500 “. There is no “correct way” to build these race cars and you can expect to see quite a variety of designs. The program challenges the teams’ resourcefulness and their ability to work under pressure.
